We joined this collective of feeders from Sligo, Cork and Dublin to capture the hearts and bellies of festival goers at Body and Soul 2016. Food On Board is all about sustainable creative feeding, eating and making, about a want for less waste in the world and of course, healthy bia blasta! Each dish was served on a wooden board, which we washed and reused with all food waste composted on site. As well as super food and coffee, we also had a conversation tent hosted by Dee Laffan and community pop up stall where guest cooks rustled up something exciting and new every day, at every meal time!
